Youth Afloat offers tailor made courses in team building and communication. We realise the difficulty many organisations and businesses have within the work-place, and so to help solve these problems, Youth Afloat has developed a series of challenges and events designed to help your team understand the values and motivation behind communication and interaction.

Completely unique and designed for your needs, our challenges can be applied during a time scale of your choice and can be outside or inside, on land or on the water. These can be caried out at Youth Afloat or in your own workplace, facilities permitting.
